And so just as you wouldn’t dream of leaving your skin unprotected in the sun, you should take a few steps to look after your hair, too. Wine, anyone?

Now we’ve got your attention! We’ve been toasting these long balmy evenings with a chilled glass or two of award-winning rosé from local producers Off the Line and may just have discovered our new favourite summer tipple. Off the Line produce 3 different still rosés, and not only are they fantastic to drink (we particularly love the Provencal-esque Hip Rosé), the branding, inspired by the hedgerows that border their East Sussex vineyard, is just really, really cool. It’s definitely worth making a trip out to see them for a guided tour of the vineyard or tasting, but in the meantime if you’re in the salon on the last Saturday of each month over summer for an appointment, or just to stock up on some product, you’ll get a chance to taste some for yourself.
